At Trek Lovers, we strive to provide a seamless booking experience for all our guests. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the following Booking Policy.

1. Booking Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received and a confirmation email or message has been issued by Trek Lovers.

• Bookings are subject to availability of accommodation, transportation, permits, and other services.

2. Advance Payment

• A minimum advance payment of 30% of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking, unless otherwise specified.

• For certain treks, fixed departures, or special tour packages, a higher advance payment or full payment may be required.

3. Balance Payment

• The remaining balance must be paid by the first day trek/tour starts at pickup location of departure date, unless otherwise communicated by Trek Lovers.

• Bookings with unpaid balances after the due date may be cancelled without prior notice, and applicable cancellation charges may apply.

4. Required Documents

Guests must provide accurate personal information and any documents required for the trip, including:

• Valid government-issued photo ID.

• Address and contact details.

• Emergency contact information.

• Medical information, if relevant.

• Any permits or documents required for specific destinations.

Failure to provide the required documents may result in denial of participation without a refund.

5. Pricing

• All package prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

• Prices are subject to change due to revisions in government taxes, permit fees, transportation costs, or other operational expenses before booking confirmation.

• Once a booking is confirmed, no additional charges will apply except for optional services requested by the guest.

6. Changes to Booking

• Requests to modify travel dates, participant details, or package inclusions are subject to availability and operational feasibility.

• Additional charges may apply for changes after the booking has been confirmed.

7. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for:

• Providing accurate booking information.

• Carrying valid identification throughout the trip.

• Arriving at the designated meeting point on time.

• Following all safety instructions provided by Trek Lovers’ trek leaders and guides.

8. Health & Fitness

Many trekking and adventure activities require a reasonable level of physical fitness. Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate and must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions before booking.

Trek Lovers reserves the right to refuse participation if a guest’s health condition poses a safety risk to themselves or the group.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking and paying the booking amount, guests confirm that they have:

• Read and understood the Booking Policy.

• Agreed to the Cancellation Policy and Terms & Conditions.

• Accepted the itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, and safety guidelines provided by Trek Lovers.
