Trek Lovers – Tour & Trek Cancellation Policy
At Trek Lovers, we are committed to providing safe, enjoyable, and well-organized trekking and travel experiences. Since every tour and trek involves advance bookings for transportation, accommodation, permits, guides, and other logistical arrangements, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings.
1. Cancellation by the Guest
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via our official email or WhatsApp. The effective cancellation date will be the date on which the written request is received by Trek Lovers.
The following cancellation charges will apply:

| 7–14 days | 50% of the total package cost |
| 3–6 days | 75% of the total package cost |
| Less than 72 hours or No Show | 100% of the total package cost |
2. Refund Policy
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of cancellation.
Payment gateway charges, bank transaction fees, taxes, and other non-refundable charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Any expenses already incurred by Trek Lovers for permits, accommodation, transportation, forest entry fees, guides, or other third-party bookings are non-refundable.
3. Weather, Natural Calamities & Force Majeure
The safety of our guests is our highest priority. Trek Lovers reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any itinerary due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, landslides, road closures, government restrictions, political disturbances, pandemics, or any other event beyond our control.
In such situations:
Trek Lovers will make every effort to provide an alternative itinerary, reschedule the trip, or offer a future travel credit where possible.
Refunds, if applicable, will be made only after deducting non-recoverable expenses already paid to third-party service providers.
Trek Lovers shall not be responsible for additional expenses such as hotel stays, flight/train cancellations, personal transportation, or any other incidental costs.
4. Cancellation by Trek Lovers
Trek Lovers reserves the right to cancel any tour or trek due to:
Safety concerns.
Insufficient group size.
Operational reasons.
Force majeure events or circumstances beyond our control.
In such cases, guests may choose either:
A full refund of the amount paid to Trek Lovers, or
A transfer of the booking to another available departure date (subject to availability).
Our liability is limited solely to the amount paid for the tour or trek package.
5. No Show, Late Arrival & Early Departure
No refund will be provided for no-shows or late arrivals.
No refund will be issued for any unused services, missed activities, meals, accommodation, or transportation.
Guests leaving the trek or tour voluntarily before completion will not be eligible for any refund.
6. Booking Transfer
Bookings may be transferred to another individual only with prior written approval from Trek Lovers and subject to availability, permit regulations, and any applicable administrative charges.
7. Important Note
By confirming a booking with Trek Lovers, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation Policy and all applicable Terms & Conditions.
