How fit should I be for the Har Ki Dun Trek?
You should be able to comfortably walk 8–10 km on consecutive days while carrying a daypack. Preparing with cardio exercises, stair climbing, jogging, and leg-strength workouts for 4–6 weeks before the trek will make the experience more enjoyable and reduce fatigue.
